Village Park Place at Brookhaven

Village Park Place at Brookhaven is located at 1441 Dresden Drive, on the southeast corner of Dresden and Appalachee Drive; approximately ½ mile East of Peachtree Road in the Brookhaven neighborhood of Atlanta. Brookhaven Village is a retail/office specialty center with the retail component located on the first floor and the office space located on the second floor. The Village was constructed in 2002 and features a brick and stone exterior and is reminiscent of a traditional ‘village’ type façade.

Emerald Office Park

Emerald Office Park is located at 6800 Roswell Road approximately ½ mile North of the intersection of Roswell Road and Abernathy Road in the Atlanta, GA suburb of Sandy Springs. The Park consists of six (6) buildings located on 1.93 acres. The Park was originally constructed in 1976 and underwent structural and aesthetic renovations in 2002.
